Baiju Shah

As Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of Accenture Interactive, Baiju leads a 2000-person strategy and design practice, and is responsible for Accenture Interactive’s overall global growth strategy. Throughout his career, Baiju has traversed technology innovation, business strategy, marketing, and design. While seemingly divergent, he is passionate about the need to bring these disciplines together to unleash disruptive strategies, rally organizational change, and deliver innovative ways to delight customers. He works across industries to reimagine and shape some of the top brands’ strategies and new service offerings. Baiju is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern’s Kellogg Business School and makes his home outside of Chicago with his wife and two boys.
